PALM BAY AVENUE

A new-build apartment development at Palm Bay Avenue in Kent, is now approaching completion.

With unobstructed panoramic views across the estuary, the design was developed as a reimagination of the Art Deco style that characterises this area, incorporating sweeping curved facades, stepped parapets, crittall style fenestration and decorative relief to the elevations.
