The proposed scheme by Turner Jackson Day Associates (TJDA) builds on previous submissions, refining the layout to improve efficiency, while enhancing neighbour amenity, improving access, and strengthening the site’s landscape and ecological value.

Inspired by the local vernacular, this design-led scheme uses traditional materials and detailing to create a cohesive and distinctive development that complements the surrounding village context.
