These early-stage concept designs explore our client Guildcrest Homes’ brief, for the redevelopment of a brownfield site, which called for a heritage-led development with a Georgian inspired aesthetic.
Taking cues from historic local buildings, the intention will be to strike a balance between the site constraints, design brief, the needs of modern living, and the beautiful proportions exhibited by architecture of the period. Materiality will also play a fundamental role in the success of the design, and we are excited to explore this further as the design progresses.
