WHITSTABLE BEACH

Situated on a landmark waterfront site in Whitstable, Kent, this bespoke mixed-use development was inspired by the Art Deco architecture found within the adjacent conservation area.

 

The scheme comprises of a ground floor commercial unit and 'parklift' system, and 5 luxury apartments above at first, second and third floor each affording panoramic sea views across the Thames Estuary.

We worked closely with an established local developer to progress the design from inception through to the project’s completion in 2018.
