TJDA recently completed the six-month defects inspection at Berries Mount and were amazed at the lack of issues. Our thanks and congratulations go to Westoaks Builders for their professionalism and high-quality delivery throughout the project. The project involved a three-storey rear extension and comprehensive internal alterations, all completed to an impressive standard. A great example of collaborative working and attention to detail across the board.

This recognition highlights the dedication and collaboration of the design team, our clients Wedgewood Homes , and the Tunbridge Wells BC planning team in creating a development that respects the local heritage setting and important views of St Peter’s Church, whilst still unlocking an efficient and contemporary use of a highly constrained site.
