TJDA were recently instructed by Sunningdale House to prepare a full planning application for 95 new high-quality homes in East Kent. The traditionally styled dwellings will integrate a range of sustainable technologies including photovoltaic and air source heat pumps to create a highly sustainable development.
The site layout incorporates generous areas of green open space with a high-quality landscaping scheme which integrates a mosaic of mixed native planting with sustainable drainage features and a newly positioned and enhanced public footpath and landscape buffer.
