The contemporary design comprises 9 generous 2 & 3 bed apartments with and a newly introduced landscape buffer and integrated pergola concealing a semi-under croft parking area.
The articulation of form and massing has evolved as a direct response to its challenging context, with a dual-aspect facade which steps back to address the prominent corner, whilst opening lines of sight to preserve long-ranging views of St Peters Church from the approach along Bayhall Road.
