Grade 2 Listed building, Custom House, Gravesend

We are pleased to be working with Mile Property Group on a refurbishment and regeneration project, that will see Gravesend's Custom House bought to life again, with conservation of existing heritage value, celebrating the history of the site.

This private, secure development comprising open communal landscaping, will consist of 27no. units, forming a unique affordable housing scheme, including the conversion of the existing Grade 2 Listed Custom House building, into apartments.
