Outline Planning Application for a new mixed-use development in Manston, Kent

We are pleased to share that this application has recently been submitted on behalf of Guildcrest Homes.

The Proposals include up to 135 new homes, sensitively designed to reflect the local village character. A new village shop to enhance community amenities., a new village green, village pond, and public open spaces, supporting ecology and biodiversity and improved pedestrian links and highway safety measures.

Our design seeks to create a new green heart to Manston village, with a vernacular design in harmony with Manston’s rural setting, drawing on its historic context while delivering a mix of high-quality low-cost housing, retirement living, and facilities for the community.
