St Leonards-on-Sea – Site Progress Update

Great to be back on site at St Leonards-on-Sea, a development by Mile Property Group, to see how things are progressing.

There’s been significant progress since our last visit. Groundworks and foundations are well advanced, the substantial retaining structures required across this challenging sloping site are taking shape, and we can now see the homes themselves beginning to emerge, with blockwork progressing on site.

It’s always rewarding for the TJDA team to see the work move from drawings and technical detailing to construction, and even better to see the design beginning to become a reality.

As always it is a pleasure working with Mile Property Group and look forward to seeing the next stages of construction at St Leonards-on-Sea.
