TJDA are delighted to have received the 2025 Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society Award for Verve, Spire Court on Windmill Street.

This recognition highlights the dedication and collaboration of the design team, our clients Wedgewood Homes , and the Tunbridge Wells BC planning team in creating a development that respects the local heritage setting and important views of St Peter’s Church, whilst still unlocking an efficient and contemporary use of a highly constrained site.
