TJDA have recently prepared an outline planning scheme on behalf of Guildcrest Homes for this development 39 new bungalows on a sloping site in Shepherdswell, Kent.
The scheme has been carefully considered to work with exiting topography and preserve the long ranging views from neighbouring properties, whilst integrating level changes and landscape infrastructure into the scheme to minimise hard engineering and retaining.
