Little Randolph's Farm

Detailed planning has just been submitted for the re-development of this former farmstead in a rural location in the Weald of Kent for our clients Wedgewood Homes.

Inspired by the local vernacular and the historic courtyard farms of the area, the scheme seeks to replace the dilapidated farm buildings with a collection of six luxury homes set around a central walled courtyard.

The design represents a modern interpretation of the traditional Barn form, juxtaposing a contemporary approach to design and detailing with traditional materiality to create a distinctive scheme with a strong sense of place which remains sympathetic to its surroundings.
