Working with Local Developers

It has been a pleasure to work with established local developer Guildcrest Homes to prepare a public consultation package for this small new-build housing scheme in Thanet.

A public exhibition was held at the local village hall, which was a great opportunity to constructively engage with the local community, and the design team has taken onboard the comments and feedback received as they continue to progress the concept design.
