This is Stefan's story “Stefan our beautiful, kind, and funny boy” “In March 2022, we lost a remarkable son and brother, Stefan. At just 15 years old, he #012055 reported relentless bullying at his Saturday job for being autistic. Tragically, he died by suicide feeling the weight of societal judgment, compounded by failures from the very statutory services meant to protect him. “Stefan, a beautiful, kind, funny, and thoughtful young man, consistently brightened the lives of those around him with humour and his acts of kindness to others who were lost, lonely or isolated due to their difference. “In February 2024, STefans’ Acts of Kindness – STAK.life was started to honour his memory by continuing his work, extending compassion to those marginalised by society due to differences. “Let us strive to educate and advocate for neurodivergent individuals, ensuring that Stefan’s spirit lives on in a world that embraces neuro-affirming diversity and kindness.” Tristan, Emma & Ellie x https:// www.stak.life/about-us/

Mid January and we are pleased to bring you an update on the progress of the refurbishment and regeneration project to the Grade 2 Listed Custom House building, in Gravesend. The demolition works are in progress across the site, and the piled foundations are in for the new build terrace block, with the slab due to be poured by end of the month.

TJDA are pleased to be working on a new Air Space development in Hanwell, London. The first phase involves the addition of two additional floors on top of an existing four storey block of flats along with two additional rear staircase cores. A second phase of additional flats to the rear block and a new external lift core are to be submitted soon.

Over the festive break we thought we would explore the exciting world of AI, with the help of our youngest clients to date, meet Theo, 6, and Sadie, 4. The dynamic duo have been working with us to develop designs for their dream houses using Midjourney Ai. These early explorations have been both entertaining and enlightening, and we can see endless possibilities for how this technology will be used to complement art, design, and even creative play. We are pleased to be working with Mile Property Group and are delighted to share that we have submitted a detailed planning application for a new assisted living scheme. The project involves a new build care development consisting of 57 No 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

We have been searching for a while for a charity or organisation we could support in 2025   It is an honour that we will be supporting STAK.life in 2025. We want to help to raise the awareness of bullying and how it can lead to people taking their lives. The new 23,500 sq ft industrial unit for Whites Transport at Channel View Road, Manston has now been completed It was a pleasure working with Torran Construction and JRC Steel Frame Buildings

This bespoke residential dwelling for a private client situated along the Birchington coastline in Thanet has recently been completed.    We worked very closely with the clients to understand and develop their design brief, in order to ensure that this new home would make the very best of all the opportunities afforded by this fantastic coastal location.

We are delighted to be working with Torran Construction and JRC Steel Frame Buildings to deliver a new 23,500 sq ft industrial unit for Whites Transport at Channel View Road, Manston, Thanet.   The project is due to be completed at the end of November 24.
